In November 2016 we have finished our installation works in New Logistics Centre of TNT Express Poland. Our cooperation with this global logistics company continues since 2007. In this case we were able to reach our clients expectations as well.
Structured cabling - implemented solution
As part of our contract we have designed a structured cabling network in Commscope system, class EA (cat. 6A) UTP iPatch Ready in New Logistics Centre of TNT company in Wypedy, near Warsaw. The iPatch Ready solutions allows to upgrade at later stage to the iPatch-imVision system without network disruptions.
Structured cabling - scope of installation works
The detailed scope of our works was as follows:
- installation of over 750 cabling lines
- backbone cabling installation:
- external fiber optic - 10 lines
- internal fiber optic - 2 lines
- multipair cat. 3 - 2 lines
- testing of the installed cabling (fiber optic and copper)
The whole installation has been certified by Commscope with 25 year warranty.
Onther contract tasks performed by ELEKS
In addition we have delivered and installed ten Rittal racks along with the equipment and we have performed the Site Survey of the facility. After finishing our installation works we have prepared the as-built documentation, which was then handed out to the investor.
